In the Pink
Provost Skene's House
23 January - 3 April
For centuries the colour pink has been associated with femininity and romance and is often favoured for wedding ensembles and first-date dresses. A range of garments and accessories from the costume collection are on display illustrating various shades of this popular colour.
Highlights include an unusual 1930s pink wedding dress and a rose-coloured chenille suit by the Aberdeenshire born international designer Bill Gibb.
